What if the giver never shows up?

First, try a few times to reach them in your WhatsApp chat — life happens, and most no-shows are forgotten messages, not bad faith.

If after a reasonable effort the handoff doesn't happen, reply "fail" (or "fallo" in Spanish) in your Give and Live chat. Your seeds are refunded in full and the offering closes as failed.

Only the winner can trigger a refund. If the giver reports the handoff failed, no refund — this protects against a giver bailing out and claiming "no-show" to cover for it.
